In this article, we’ll show you how to correctly record your screen and send us a video showing the issue you encountered with the product.
- First, open the link we sent you. It will take you to a page where you can start recording your screen.
- Click the “Record” button - audio is not required in the video. After a 5-second countdown, your screen will begin recording.
- You can choose how much of your screen you want to record - either a specific window or your entire screen.
- During the recording, show us exactly what problem you are experiencing with the product.
Note: Keep in mind that the specific things you need to include in your recording are listed in the message we sent you.
The video you are watching now is only an example - here, we are simply showing a sample issue on the Steam platform - “Licences and product key activation”, “Key activation process” with the error message and “Library”
Once you’ve shown the issue, return to the screen recording page and click “Finish.” Then, click “Save” below.
A window with a link to your recording will appear. Please remember: in order for us to receive your proof of the issue, you need to send that link back to us in your reply.
If you're not satisfied with the recording, don’t worry! You can try again as many times as you need using the same link.
