Kinguin Balance is Kinguin's in-store currency. It allows you to purchase products without an additional payment fee. In order to use Kinguin Balance, please choose the product you would like to purchase and press “Buy Now” - you will then be redirected to the “Checkout” page where you can find the Kinguin Balance slider. In order to apply the funds, you should use the slider that is located in the right section of the page, below the order totals. By moving it, you should see the amount you are going to spend. The price will be automatically updated.

We suggest using Euro as a currency for the Kinguin Balance to work properly. In case the price does not change, please double-check if you have indeed used an amount higher than 0.00 Euro. If the issue persists, please use an amount that is 0.01 Euro less than your current Kinguin Balance value.

In order to finish the purchase, please click on “Place order” or a similar option respective to the payment method used (such as "Pay with PayPal"). If you used your Kinguin Balance to pay for the entire order, the method should adjust to the balance one - you can also simply select it as a method in the first place (it is marked as "1 Kinguin Balance), which we recommend. To complete the purchase placed fully in balance, simply press “Place order”.

Regarding issues with applying discount codes so the order can be placed fully with balance after a rebate is applied, we recommend using the discount code on an order placed with one of our cryptocurrency payment methods (such as Bitcoin or Ethereum). Such methods do not have any fees related to processing the payment, therefore you will see if the total cart value (with the tax and Service Fee included) actually will allow you to cover the order in balance fully.
