If you were charged and the order got canceled immediately, it means that the funds are frozen by the payment provider. In this case, the whole amount should be returned to your account soon.
If this process takes too long and you still haven’t received your money back, please contact our support via the ticket. Please also provide an order number and a screenshot of the transaction details, which may help to determine the issue.
Should the problem persist for several orders in a row, we suggest clearing your cookies and caches, changing the browser, or using a different payment method.
