Your orders can be found in your Kinguin inventory on your Kinguin account, or you can access this information under this link: https://www.kinguin.net/app/dashboard/orders. This information is available only for logged-in users, not Guest Checkout users.
For orders from 2020 and older, such keys used to be delivered by us via the e-mail provided at the time of purchase instead of being sent to your on-site inventory, so we encourage you to check your mailbox. Your purchased keys should be available in the purchase confirmation email.
That said, if you still cannot find your keys, please contact our customer service department.
