Before creating a new product request please make sure that there is no offer with the product already listed!!
In merchant's dashboard please go to the "offers" tab. (To change the client dashboard (orange) to the merchant dashboard (green) press the slider on the right at the very end of the tab list.)
Please press the green "new offer" button on the left side of the page. This will take you to a list of all available products. If you can’t find the product you’d like to sell on that list, please create a request for a new product by clicking the “+ New Product Request” button visible on the right side.
You will then need to fill all of the required fields with information about your product and send the request to the Products Team, where it will be verified.
You can check the status of your product request on the list in the Product Requests tab. Newly created requests waiting for admin have status PENDING, once they’re created that status will change to APPROVED.
If necessary information’s missing, the Products Team will contact you in a ticket requesting more details. Such a request will change status to REVIEW.
In case your request is rejected, a note with a reason will be visible under “?” sign next to your product request’s DENIED status on the list in tab Product Requests.
