Your offer could be blocked for different reasons.
If it was blocked due too many reports, please make sure you have responded to all reports made by customers and if the stock was faulty to change the keys and then contact us via livechat to unblock the offer.
If your offer was simply blocked please check your ticket system here: https://kingu.in/MyTickets as we might have already contacted you regarding the possible issues with the items.
If your offer was blocked for verification purposes:
- the item is software product - we will contact you via ticketing system regarding Proof of Purchase of the item
- the item is prepaid product - please contact us via livechat to unblock the offer
- the item is indie valley - the product can not be unblocked, as it can be sold only by the official developer of the game
You can contact us via merchant's livechat requesting the unblock of your offer. You can do this in the merchant dashboard (green) by pressing "livechat with kinguin support" under the "dashboard" tab.
To change the client dashboard (orange) to the merchant dashboard (green) press the slider on the right at the very end of the tab list.
