- After 24 Hours
If the initial 24-hour window has passed, you can easily contact our Support Team to process a manual refund, provided the product key continues to remain unseen.
If the key is claimed
If you have already viewed the key or product combination, traditional digital marketplaces would simply reject refund requests, however we are proud to offer a guaranteed and highly reliable alternative solution.
