Our Team has recently introduced the concept of archiving purchases older than 3 months. Archiving is not removing - the keys can be restored to your Inventory by just clicking a dedicated option at the bottom of the list.

This feature allows us to speed up the operation of our website. Less data to load means shorter waiting times, and that translates to a smoother experience. We believe the impact of the change to be minimal, as the products we sell are usually only used once, right after purchase. And so, there is rarely a need to access older codes.

With that said, if you still need an older key and cannot access it as we have written earlier, or have any other issue, please contact our support team via the ticket, and we will do our best to assist you further.
