If you purchased Origin/EA App Game Account, here are tips on how to use and customize the account:
- Use the credentials you received (directly or via an external website) and log into the account.
- Make sure that the content on the account is correct (correct edition of the game, no playtime etc)
- Change the credentials to make the account your own:
- The account should be used as a way of accessing the game/content you are interested in. It is not recommended to use it as your main account, as you might have issues with making purchases on it.
IMPORTANT:
Tips for your EA Account:
- Use a Personal Email: Do not use temporary emails provided by merchants. Change your Steam account email to your own, preferably one that isn't newly created. Temporary emails are only for receiving the 2FA code and should be replaced as soon as you gain access to the account.
- Avoid Contacting Support: Do not reach out to Steam or EA support to inform them that you purchased the account, as this may lead to your account being banned.
- Do Not Change Account Region: Changing the region of your account can increase the risk of a ban.
- Refrain from Adding Payment Methods: Avoid attaching any payment methods, especially credit cards or bank accounts from a different region, as this can raise flags.
- Use a Unique EA Account: Do not use an EA account that has been linked to other Steam accounts in the past to reduce the risk of being banned.
- Linking EA Accounts with Steam: To minimize the risk of a ban, do not use a brand new EA account when linking with your Steam account. Create the account and wait some time before linking, as brand new accounts are more likely to be targeted by EA.
In case of any issues with the account, you can contact a seller/Kinguin Support via the Resolution Center using the following link.
