To change the email address on your Origin/EA account, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Origin/EA App account.
• Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account settings”.
• Click “Edit” next to the “Email Address” headline.
• You will be asked to verify your identity - click “Send security code”.
• Open the mailbox linked to the account. An email from EA support will be sent there. If you don't receive an email, make sure to check your spam folder.
• Enter the security code you received via mail and click click “Confirm”
• Enter your new email address.
• You will be asked to confirm the changes - click “Continue”.
• Open your mailbox and locate the email from EA Support.
• Enter the confirmation code you received via mail and click “Submit”.
