I haven’t claimed the key yet: If you have purchased the same product twice and you haven’t claimed the keys yet, in the Kinguin Inventory you have the option to review what you purchased and return the product within 24h. After you return the unwanted product, the refund in Kinguin Balance will be processed.
I already claimed the key: If the key is still valid and remains unused, please contact our support team via the ticket: https://kinguin.zendesk.com/agent/dashboard
