To change the email address on your Ubisoft Connect account, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Ubisoft Connect account.
• Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account management” from the dropdown menu.
• Click on the “Account Information” tab.
• Find the “Private Information” section and click “Change”.
• Click “Change” next to the email address field.
• A pop-up window will appear informing you about verification, click “Send”.
• Open your mailbox. An email from Ubisoft support will be sent there. If you don't receive an email, make sure to check your spam folder.
• Open the confirmation email included in the email you received.
• Enter your new email address and click “Change email”
