In order to change the password on your Ubisoft Connect account, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Ubisoft Connect account.
• Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account management” from the dropdown menu.
• Click on the “Security” tab.
• Find the “Password” section at the top of the page and click “Change”.
• A pop-up window will appear informing you about verification, click “Send”.
• Open your mailbox. An email from Ubisoft support will be sent there. If you don't receive an email, make sure to check your spam folder.
• Open the confirmation email included in the email you received.
• Enter your new password and click “Change”.

Well done! You have successfully changed your password.

Note: Your password must:

• Be 8 to 16 characters long.
• Contain at least 1 lowercase letter.
• Contain at least 1 upper-case letter.
• Contain at least 1 number.
• Contain at least 1 special character.
• Not contain the username.
