To change the password on your Playstation account, proceed with the following steps:

• Log in to your Playstation account
• Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account settings” from the dropdown menu.
• Click on the “Security” icon from the list on the left.
• You will be informed about redirection to another page. Click “Continue”.
• Locate the “Password” section and click “Edit”.
• Enter your current password and the new one in the appropriate fields.
• Click the “Save” button.

Congratulations! You successfully changed your password.

Note: Your password must:

• Not contain your sign-in ID or online ID
• Contain valid characters only
• Contain at least eight characters
• Not contain letters or numbers used three or more times in a row (e.g. 333 or BBB)
• Include at least two of these character types: letter, number, symbol
• Not contain three or more sequentially ordered letters or numbers (e.g. 345 or ABC)
