To change the email address on your Playstation account, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Playstation account
• Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select “Account settings” from the dropdown menu.
• Click on the “Security” icon from the list on the left.
• You will be informed about redirection to another page. Click “Continue”.
• Locate the “Sign-In ID (Email Address)” field on the top and click the “Edit” button.
• In the pop-up window, remove the current email address from the field and enter a new one
• Click the “Save” button.
• Open your mailbox. An email from Playstation support will be sent there. If you don't receive an email, make sure to check your spam folder.
• Click on the “Verify now” button in the confirmation email.
