If you purchased Epic Games Account here are tips how to use and customize the account:

1. Use the credentials you received (directly or via an external website) and log into the account. 
2. Make sure that the content on the account is correct (correct edition of the game, no playtime, etc)
3. Change the credentials to make the account your own:

• Change the email
• Change the password
• Add 2FA

4. The account should be used as a way of accessing the game/content you are interested in. It is not recommended to use it as your main account, as you might have issues with making purchases on it. Additionally, the region of the account can't be changed.

To be able to launch the game properly, make sure you are logged into the account on your Epic Games launcher.

Note: If you receive a message that the password/login is incorrect do not try the same credentials over and over again, as it may result in the account being blocked. Please always enter your credentials via copy/paste method (if possible). When copying credentials always make sure there is no “space” at the beginning and at the end of the password/login.
