Our merchants have a deadline for delivery set to the game’s unlock time. With that said, we are a key selling marketplace for various sellers, and the pre-orders on our store are delivered once our vendors upload the codes- we can only hold them accountable for having such on the game release time, however, select sellers might have the codes earlier than others. Therefore, you can check in your inventory whether you have the key, and if you do not, please wait till the end of the aforementioned deadline.
