If you have already created a report in our Resolution Center, we would like to ask you to please allow 12 hours for the merchant's response.
If you are not provided with a solution during that 12 hours period, the greyed button "Escalate to CS" will be then availabe and you can escalate the case to our customer support, so we will be able to further assist you.
Also if you need our help at any point in your conversation with a seller, don't hesitate to use this button as well.
