EurBalance is Kinguin's in-store currency and as such, it is the most frequent way of issuing refunds.
However, if this option does not suit you and you want a refund with the payment method you have used to pay for your order, you only need to do two things:
- Refrain from using eurBalance so that the whole refunded amount remains untouched
- Inform us about your decision via ticket. Send a message in the existing ticket about the refund or create a new one if you don't have any.
