Provide the Error Message
When a server fails to start or function correctly, it often triggers an error message. To investigate the problem, please contact our Kinguin support via the ticket and provide us with the exact error message that you encountered.

Verify Your Account Information
To ensure that your account is properly set up and secure, we need to verify whether you have taken one of the following actions:

1. Entered your phone number in the account settings.
2. Linked your Discord account to your profile.

These actions are required to help us verify your identity and facilitate potential account recovery or authorization in case of theft or other issues.

Why Is Personal Data Needed?
You may wonder why we require your personal information, such as a phone number or Discord account. The reason is simple: We need a way to verify you as a legitimate account holder. If any issues arise, such as account theft or security concerns, we can reach you through the contact details provided, ensuring we can resolve the situation promptly. Linking your Discord account also provides a fast, direct way for our administrator to get in touch with you.

If the Issue Persists
If you have already entered your phone number or linked your Discord account, and you're still experiencing issues with the server, please let us know. We will escalate your case to our Dev Administrator, who will investigate further and work on a solution.

Note: Kinguin will use its reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the Kinguin Host Platform to Users for at least 95% of time. There may occur occasional, unscheduled outages that are beyond our control, e.g., due to external events (hacking, cloud services interruption, internet service provider’s issues) as well as scheduled technical maintenance breaks related to, among others, the introduction of new features (in particular security features, new functions, UX changes), removal of defects and general optimization of the Kinguin Host Platform. When possible, we will try to schedule the maintenance for night time CET (CEST) and limit the periods when the Kinguin Host Platform is unavailable.
